what we do

We deliver Salesforce innovations through organisation specific applications to improve efficiency and make teams effective. We also help you transform your organisation to work in more connected and collaborative ways through a mobile workforce.

We work with organisations to integrate technology with impact, operational and financial metrics. We help organisations use program outcomes and key financial and operational metrics in cutting wasteful spending and eliminating bottlenecks.

We help organisations test and prototype new programs, standardize their model, scale their impact and find ways to deliver their programs and services in innovative and efficient new ways through rigorous research and data analysis.

Uwazi and its employees invest in charitable interests. We use Salesforce integrated philanthropy model. We donate 1% of our time, 1% of annual company profit, and 1% of products to philanthropic interests around the world.

our approach

We begin with a creative process of generating, developing, and communicating new ideas. we run sessions to generate ideas and spark new ways of thinking. This can be ideas for a new service or product or ideas on how to improve the current service or product.

We work with users early in the development process iterating and testing solutions until proven to work. This process ensures seamless integration early user adoption is achieved across the organisation. We ensure that the implementation scales and adapts to your mission.

We develop and build solutions that are scalable and go beyond an initial project. We are invested in understanding the interaction of people and processes and how technology blends in the equation to create outcomes that are meaningful and desirable.

We deliver an experience. An organisational transformation. We use the agile development approach, learning and iterating frequently, defining the implementation roadmap into user stories while actively engaging with users to document processes and best practices.
